Archana daliya founder partner of our firm specializes in Taxation and heads the taxation Advisory Services division of our firm. She has over 10 years experience in Taxation of companies including private limited companies , Government companies , insurance companies , partnership firms and nonprofit making organizations. She has handled various assignments related to compliances of taxation, including preparation , drafting , representation before Income tax authorities.

Nikhil Oza , Specializes in Corporate Statutory Audits , Internal audits & Indirect taxes. He heads the firm Audit & Assurance Services Division. He has handled Assignments related to Project Monitoring , Project finance , Due diligence , He has handled assignments related to compliances of indirect Taxes such as VAT, Service Tax. He has attended various programs / Seminars and workshops such as corporate Governance / Peer review , IS Audit of Banks , Audits of Co-Operative banks , Statutory Banks Audit, Accounting standards, Standard accounting practices. He regularly takes training sessions of office team.
